Beginning November 1, 2019:

Community Event Applications shall be provided to the Division at least 30 days before the start of the event.

A Community Event is an event with 1 or more food vendors that is of civic, political, public, or educational nature such as fairs, festivals, circuses and other public gathering events approved by the Environmental Health Division.

Food means raw, cooked, or processed edible substance, ice, or beverage. This definition includes bottled water and alcoholic drinks
