Use this hotline to schedule the initial seal appointment or change an appointment for:

• Domestic wells
• Agricultural wells (including conductors)
• Monitoring wells
• Cathodic protection wells
• Well destructions

You will be requested to provide the following information:

• Name of your drilling company
• The EH permit number
• The name of the property owner
• The date and time you expect to seal the water well (a 48-hour lead time is preferred)
• A telephone number and name of a contact person we can call to verify the appointment
