The Kern County Public Works Department – owner/operator of the McFarland-Delano Recycling & Transfer Station –submitted a Registration Application to propose the following changes:

1. Expand the hours of operation; 2. Expand the hours for the receipt of waste; 3. Provide for the addition of waste tires as a diversion activity; 4. Update the Facility Plan to incorporate the changes listed in #1-#3.

Kern County Environmental Health Division, acting as the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), has accepted the Registration Application as complete and correct pursuant to Title 14 §18104.1.
